The language of Denmark (closely related to Norwegian/Swedish and Icelandic ).
Danish is very different in character from Norwegian/Swedish , it has a very throaty sound with many sounds produced at the back of the mouth (eg a throaty arrrgh ). Radio announcers in Norwegian/Swedish use an arsound produced from the tip of the tongue.
