Balto-Slavic

A family of languages spoken in Eastern Europe.

The members of the Slavic family have much in common (they drifted apart no more than 1000 years ago). Many words are precisely the same (eg pravda, truth). All the slavic languages have similar adjective endings (masculine ski, femmine ska or skya, neutral sko)

The family does not include Hungarian , Romanian or Albanian .
